I stumbled across this mod today, and it really looks like something I want (read: NEED) in my game - is there any chance of the Compatibility Patch for Combat Extended resurfacing for Alpha 18?

I've skimmed through the Discord, the Ludeon forums and even the Mod Nexus... Nothing as far as I can see.
