aaaand it's gone.

Having same issue with my starting fire mage, when I reload the game it generally comes back but if I draft and undraft (or just with time perhaps) it goes away again, have tried removing traits and the hediff and doesnt seem to help.

I am having the same issue with two of my Chronomancers, I have to RELOAD the whole Rimworld client every ~15 minutes it seems, just to get the mana bar to return. I keep watching the debug and can't isolate what is causing it. It's really annoying, because a restart means both their mana bars come back at 0/200 and they're not really usable before it bugs out again.
