can the chaos mage's chaos tradition give a min amount of mana gained?
the amount of times i've used it and not gotten even a single mana is nuts

Using it rapidly will only give you very small amounts of mana. The amount of mana returned builds over 24 game hours; you have to wait a full game day for it to fully recharge and return bonus mana for using it.

oh so it's more like a daily mana potion than anything else alright. thanks for the answer i'll remember it next time i play
