I was wondering if it was possible to make harvest passion (empath skill) work on prisoners? As it stands prisoners don't have a joy meter (I assume that means recreation?) and as such the skill never triggers when a prisoner is selected as a target. Rather the inspiration is consumed and nothing happens. Somewhat disappointed, as I wanted to psychic vampire all of the useless prisoners I capture in raids and leave them empty shells of their former selves.
