Was purification nerfed at some point?
My memory could be failing me, but I swear I've healed dementia with it in the past. It doesn't seem to work anymore. Is it still possible to do so, if it ever was?

You can heal dementia but you will need the highest level of Comprehensive Purity. It may not be fully cured in a single cast - purify reduces the severity of ailments. Sometimes that means it fully removes the ailment, if it reduces the severity below 0, but you might have to cast it multiple times for that to happen. Burning Purity will increase the amount of severity removed from an ailment.

I'll also double check to make sure everything is still working as intended.

Hmm, ok. I cast a few times before making the thread and didn't see it disappear, might just need to keep trying. Does this also carry over for Alzheimer's?

Yeah, same thing applies for alzheimer's or anything cure disease or purify would heal
