1) Ruunblad can be bought from arcane traders, or it can be crafted. You need a magic circle, a couple mages, magicyte, a thrumbo axe, and a thrumblade. All of that to get a Ruunblad.

2) Get a pawn with the enchanter class and get the ability called Trasmutor's/Enchanter's Stone... Use it on objects to create rings. The more you upgrade the ability, the more things you can turn into rings of power. My personal favorite is using the ability on a marble chunk... It really helps against the debuffs I'm getting from my constant warcrimes
