Copyright?
Courier itself is so cool but what about copyrights and stuff? Or it's legal to do stuff like that?

Pretty sure CAPCOM, the publisher of Okami, won't have any issues with copyright.

Yes, if you goole "Okami Dota 2" or something along those lines you'll find multiple articles on it. There's also this video which has been uploaded to their official YouTube channel. They're releasing it to promote the re-release of Okami HD on December 12th.

Capcom has submitted an Amaterasu Courier for use in Dota 2 - and it looks like it will be added to the game.

According to this news article. Capcom made themself, because HD version of okami is releasing on steam. feel free to correct me if im wrong.
