just wanted to inform you that there are two additional lua-scripts in the pack trying to mount two additional custom models:

pyramidhead2_player.lua
patient.lua

This will conclude in two error-models in your menu when you dont have these installed.
Do you want to fix it yourself or shall I reupload a fixed .gma package?

Anyway, for those who are facing error models in the menu: go to the "garrysmod>lua>autorun" folder and create two empty text files. Rename them to "pyramidhead2_player.lua" and "patient.lua". Done!

This will prevent this mod (the packed .gma file in the addon folder) from mounting those 'corrupted' models. Another possibility would be to simply extract the whole .gma file to a legacy mod folder and directly delete both these scripts (that actually should not be in there).
