I've looked into this a little bit before. There doesn't seem to be a practical way to do so. I could force the player's mouse to press it, but that would involve taking over your mouse control for a moment. So, for now there doesn't seem to be a simple solution.

Is there any way to click the exit button with my own mouse?

I mean, it's possible, but it's likely that would lead to people accidently pausing the video and it would just cause more problems. :/

Why not use apply adblock's easylist filter, not to block ad content but to hide most of it?
