Ok, so... this isn't a default feature of Cinema, I can guarantee you that. I'm going to guess it's either one of the two following reasons:
1. The screenshot was taken on a Cinema server and the owner banned you from it. Their ban system causes those messages to appear on your screen. In this case, find a different server.
2. You're hosting this server yourself and you have some kind of mod that's making the messages appear. You should open up the garrysmod/addons and garrysmod/lua/autorun folders and make sure there aren't any surprises. By that I mean files which you didn't add and aren't familiar with them.
Other than these two possible explanations, I have no idea why you would have those messages appearing.
I'm having the same issue. It seems that the game finds me rather humorous as well. I have no addons installed which would cause this kind of issue. And the addon mentioned by the "This server is using..." text is not on my game. There are no lua files hidden in my game. I have tried all cinema gamemode maps. All of the maps have been giving me the same issue. One of my friends have joined my server and tried his own, and the same issue occurred. Perhaps this is more widespread than we are seeing.
