Google docs video support?
If you go on /r/fullmoviesonvimeo it has a large selection of good movies, but like 90% of them are all google doc links. I was wondering if it would be possible to add support for these?

extra note: if you click the embed video button in the file menu of most doc files, it will give you a link to a fullscreen copy of it. If it's any help, this seems like it would be easy to support

I've looked into this about a week ago and discovered that it isn't currently possible due to Awesomium, the software used to render the browser in GMod, being outdated. It will need to first be updated to add support. The video doesn't render at the moment which can be seen by going to the following URL in the video request menu: https://video.google.com/get_player?docid=0B1K_ByAqaFKGamdrajd6WXFUSEs0VHI4eTJHNHpPdw&ps=docs&partnerid=30

thanks for the feedback dude. Does this mean awesomonium would have to exclusively add support to these or would it just need a browser update or something?

It's not something that you can update individually, it's something Garry's Mod needs to update.

or was it just u guys watching the trailer ? ~.~
i just hope that somedays this mod can play a downloaded movie from torrent :D

What about google drive videos? They seem to play just fine in the video request browser.
