Unfortiunatly there is currently no way to skip ads other then through a proxy server that has an ad blocker installed. So the host of the game must have his internet traffic routed threw an adblock-proxyserver. I can recommend you dns.adguard.com
You can visit their website at adguard.com and see for yourself if you want to use their proxyserver or not. I hope that helps you out a bit. Their proxyserver-service is free to use so you wont have to pay like when choosing other provider.

Since the map is pretty outdated these are the only ways that helped me to overcome these issues
