That error above is harmless. It's complaining that the addon sent a duplicate message to the server and it's discarding it.
I'll assume that you're also using this addon from here:

Try to unsubscribe from this addon and check if refreshing the song list works. I have checked it on my end and it works fine as well.
Btw just to be clear after you change the order of the folders in the song list, you need to press the bottom button that says "Press here to refresh the song list", else it won't update. I'll most likely remove that button in the next update because other people forget to click.
