I run with tons of mods and I have tons for bugs all the time because of it so it just might be on my end due to a cocktail of mods. Also activated this mod mid-campaign but I'm pretty sure I did started it with the base mod on from the beginning and not afterwards.
It gets even stranger if I put A Better Barracks and its required mods in the mix (also a new campaign), because researching Battlefield Medicine puts two free Bio Medkits in the inventory, again without the Bio Faceless autopsy.
On my first mission to have a Biozerker appear, the Biozerker was the last enemy I killed. I click confirm to exit tactical mode. I am on a black screen with the XCOM logo spinning in the bottom right corner. Normally this loading screen passes quickly, but this time it goes forever. If I click the screen, the game crashes.
The final console output says "Validation Failure Summary (These event listeners have been REMOVED) :"
It seems that the Radiation Ammo does not apply +25% Critical chance as indicated in its description.

the animation of the berserk second ability seems to bug , looks like a dualing sword animation made by a berserker , if u want me to post any more infos i'll be glad to do so
look at the animation at 16 secs of the clip
also i'll give some details ,
managed to mindcontrol one of the bioersekers and find that that he has two abilitys , the first one is a punch on one target the second one is an AOE attack , this animation procs with the AOE attack (called "bio vapor cloud" i beleve) it does an animation that look like a Dual sword slash animation

i have the DLC , but again it can be just me . i'm running over 200 mods
