At first I thought it was replacing my force sensitve pawns messages for leveling up in the force. But this makes much more sense as it just happened to a non force sensitve in my game.

Same notification. Might be weirdness with Psychology?

Hello good fellows, hopefully the latest patch should fix this issue.

On the bright side, if those pawns ever DO get vamped, they have those levels i've found. So, I personally am okay with it if you take a while to fix it :D
