The World of Darkness (the world where VtM takes place) is really a punk-gothic version of our current world. It is bleak and dark enough that the usual Rimworld dystopian feeling fits well, and also technological enough (afterall, the Technocracy is part of the WoD) that even stuff like Glittertech doesn't feel out of place.
At the same time, Whitewolf has published quite a few supplements for the Storyteller system focusing on the medieval era, so people who like to play with Medieval Times and things like that can also do so without any kind of thematic dissonance.
An obvious companion is Jecrell's Werewolf mod since they are really two facets of the same world, but really, almost everything would fit thematically, except perhaps for more fantasy-oriented stuff.
Rimworld takes forever to load but it's worth it. Once I had a conflict and had to disable most of my mods and I couldn't play Rimworld because the (pretty much) vanilla game felt totally alien.
