basically its a horde beacon, in one of the rooms there is a little stan thing with markings

There is a room called The Shrine, you need to enter it with a key and place the skulls inside the center shrine, then bosses and zombies come, (its basically a horde beacon), and you get the loot and stuff from them, and I do believe there are also chests, but I have played the map too much.
