It seems I cannot fight in the vicinity of Niedling manually. I had to auto-resolve, which thankfully were in my favor. But I wanted to fight in the interesting terrain, myself. :(
The problem is when attacking, defending and fighting nearby the settlement, causing CTD in all circumstances basically. I also had Aesling and few other Norscan settlement crashes as well under all circumstances.
