If you grab one of the staffs while holding a death machine, it gives it to you as a third weapon, then you get the samantha laugh and it takes all of your points and guns

This is for ‘Bug Reports’. The key is on the map. You need to get through the Magic Soul Door to find it.

i cant find the map when i open the game and i dont know if its a bug or what

Steam can be a bit weird at times. Unsubscribe and then redownload, hopefully that will fix your issue.
