My skin works now so this is old post. How ever to buy you can go to two places for that. Comunity Market is one place and then the Rust Store found on the Rust Store page where you buy Rust. If its not there, you can google Rust Store and it will pull up before Steam resets it and puts it back up. I hope this helps you.
