purchase CSS From steam or use csscheater, its a site where you can download CSS as content with no problem!

As the previous responders said, you need to install Counter-Strike: Source on your PC. It's only about $10 on the store.

I have my CSS from steam but I also have problems with the textures... What should I do to fix it?
