why is the npc and model are errors

One odd thing I noticed is how these enhanced models hold weapons in 3rd person, they don't align properly in most categories and their index finger curves needlessly high. This applies to the GIGN models as well and I'm assuming the same if you have any other models similar to this. I have a screenshot of this but I'm unsure how to actually link it here.
