What do you mean force apear? I mean, I know you can tick civs to force spawn when creating a new game, but force appear? Do you mean that portraits like the Asari for example are not apearing in your galaxy or not apearing in the species selection tab?
If this is what you mean, then I have a couple of solutions for that. However, it would be helpful if you can you elaborate further.
Yes, that is exactly what I mean. I created civs with portraits of asari and turians, make small lock on this new civs and start a game and there is no this civs. Not even this civs with another portraits, just another generated civs.
Un-tick all the mods you have active, except for the mass effect theme mod. Only have the mass effect theme mod active. If you have the asari race mod, then have that ticked.
Restart the game and tell me if the Asari are in your galaxy. If not, then I have a few more suggestions; I just want to see first if this one works.
