It's a problem when a napal spawns behind you. In the original map, the napal is spawned at the beginning of the map and then climbs. Then this map was structured for WAW so the amount of zombies was little. Now it seems impossible to overtake the second door but if you want it to be so hard for me it's okay xD. Lastly, there are points on the map where zombies are stuck, as at the beginning of the staircase, and some points where zombies stop and no longer follow, one for example is ahead of the first perk.

Phd worked in cheese cube but it was heavily nerfed, you weren't immune to the napalm zombie's explosion, but you -were- immune to the fire it left behind

in the bo3 version you're immune to it period.

the stairs man keep getting stuck

Something that would make the map better is if it included the original iron man suits as well instead of the boring flamethrowers.
