These blocks all have animated textures. Could you please post a screenshot of how it looks? Are you on Windows, Linux or OSX? The unix version of the Source Engine still has some problems with certain VTF render flags not being supported or broken, e.g. Point Sampling.

That's .. very strange. It seems that the textures are zoomed in 2x. Default minecraft textures are 16x16, on your screenshot it's 8x8.
And we have another Source Engine point sampling bug, woohoo.

Under Options > Video > Advanced, set Texture Detail to AT LEAST High.
(If you set it to Low, you can see how the textures on the blocks are now only 4x4)

Well, that confirms it was the texture detail, i guess.

It is fixed.

I increased the detail from low to the recommended setting for my system, and now they're no longer a problem.

Must be your PC, because all those things look just fine to me!
