I'm not sure whether this is also related to this "lazy" production.
The industries (e.g. stone, oil) are at maximum and have always a full stockpile but doesn't put it onto a lane (even with 2-3 consumers/cities). And as soon as somehting is on the road this bug, of losing ~10% of the loaded amount, makes it more difficult.
If that number is actually 75% dropped .. or 1/4 of the shipped value left, then I think it exactly correlates to what I found here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/1165791968/1489992713699537722/#c1698293703772184677
I will specifically look at this now on my setup as well.
BUT .. what I did see at a Factory/industry is this. If I deliver 40 Logs to the saw mill .. Storage and production at the Mill only go up by 10. So, this might indeed be related to the 1/4 issue that I have seen in other places.
@Vitaro .. any idea why the limits, potential, production numbers are 1/4 the values listed by the actual resource or factory? Is it possible that this is the cause of the problems people are seeing?
BTW, this does not seem to happen to Waste or Mail .. just to other industries or resources.
