I'd honestly like to see a simple gamemode that is just a ton of guardsmen in a trench fending off infinite waves of Orks. Grimdarkness all the way.

I second what Be4st said. Would be great to see a simple scenario built for it. I've been trying to figure out which existing adaptable scenarios work best. Whilst stuff like Dynamic Combat Ops is nice and simple to get working, it's a bit limited in how much it lets you field, and the enemy is always very spread out.

I have a few suggestions here.

1. If you're looking for an organized milsim aspect of it, my unit is currently the leading IG unit within the mod. We have close ties with the devs, and we are quite active. If you're interested in that, please PM me, or join the Discord for more info.

2. We do have Ork communities and units that can be found in the Discord. They are quite active aswell.

3. Scenario wise, I recommend things like MCC Sandbox, or for those of you who are more tech-savvy, ALiVE could be made compatible.
