Also, let's say my computer couldn't handle the game at the time it crashed. How would I know that it couldn't handle the game anymore rather than it being because of a programming error?

I have no idea about the utf8 stuff. I tried to swap my file that its talking about to utf8 but then it didnt show up in the mod manager soooo >.>

You should upload the error log to pastebin or dropbox so I can see it directly. Unless thats all there is to it. There should be something near the end that mentions some error and shutting down I think.

I wouldnt think the crash was caused by mine missing a " and even if it was I see no reason why you would not be able to relaunch the game again. I cant really think of any reason why you would be unable to launch the game after it crashed unless it was a computer issue.

That said it might not be a computer issue. It could be a mod.

I dont think those localization things would cause such an issue. And I fixed my localization piece thats written there but it still shows up so perhaps they have fixed theirs to.

Another log you might want to check is "exceptions" It seems to put the newest exceptions crash at the bottom
