Rogue Armies not hordes
Rogue armies don't seem to have access to any of the horde faction mechanics, as if they were a normal faction. I was under the impression they were supposed to have these mechanics, is this a problem on my end? I'm not running any other mods besides the unlocker and the required mods.

Correct, rogue armies can take over settlements.

In previous versions of this mod, they did have horde abilities. Hopefully this will come back

So my understanding is without horde mode rogue armies can't recruit units that require additional buildings, so without horde mode the majority of rogue armies are essentially useless.
