Replacing a Minor Faction Leader's Portrait & Model with the Pack File Manager - Help
Hello there!

Big thanks for the mod. I literally can't play without it anymore, since I always liked to play as a minor faction (in previous Total War games as well).

There are some things that I want to mod for personal role play, which had cost me already half a day and a sleepless night last weekend.

Basically what I want to do is to replace the portrait & model of the Minor Faction Leader of the Vampire Coast Mutineers (Count Gyula).

I want to replace it with the portrait & model of a Vampire Lord or a Ghoul King from the Vampire Counts.

I downloaded the PFM and tried to figure it out myself. All I managed to do is to change the in-game names of minor faction lords in the crynsos faction unlocker.pack.

I also searched in the Data.pack but couldn't find anything.

Can someone with the right knowledge help me out? Of course only if it doesn't take much time to do.

Maybe it's just as simple and I just can't find it, so I thougt I would ask here.

Editing an existing mod is usually a bad idea, better create your own submod.
Do you only want to replace the looks of the lord or also have the skills of a Strigoi or Vampire Lord? The latter might actually be easier to do.

Either way would be great. The easier way would be even better!

Would it work to replace the Lord archetype of a faction?

For example replacing the Vampire Coast Lords with Vampire Counts Lords.
Or having High Elf Lords in a human faction. E.g. in Ostermark.

i'm also a huge fan of playing the minor factions, its easier to have fun playing when you're the one making the decisions.
