Silver Host can't spend influence
I've tried multiple games with the silver host faction, but never have I been able to spend influence even when I had plenty. A sound was triggered when the buttons on the intrigue at court menu is pushed, but neither did the influence points and the factions' diplomatic relationships change. I've tried disabling other mods, but the problem still occurs. Could you look into this problem, please?

Can confirm same issue here. After reloading an "Influenced Gained" popup will occur with a white box every turn if Lahmia is controlled.

As a side comment, the lord I think is intended to be a Lahmian vampiress given the diplomacy speech and the name.

Yep same for me, also were you able to recruit Regiments of Renown as Silver Host? I can't.

Me too - can’t spend the influence scrolls as intended - have 500+ scrolls by now and couldn’t spend one. And it really would help just now to get to defensive allies like each other ...
