Wurrzag's Savage ork chain
Tested with just this and the community framework. Wurrzag can't build the savage ork chain at Ekrund, his capital. (usually he starts with one built there, but it, and the option to build another are gone)

cool, didnt see a discussion on it, thought Id post it here in case it wasnt. and in an ideal world, it should help with repeat questions down in the comments, right?
