Eek, 400+ is a serious amount of mods. Any huge game overhauls are unlikely to work, as is anything relating to chaos (new units/buildings), but aside from that, it's just a case of trying it out.

yeah,maybe its too many,but them run smoothly on my computer and quite stable...cant play with this amazing mod is very sad and i try to check them spend 2hours but nothing solved ...so i want to learn from others experience...thanks for your reply！

K1ght are you using Kaedrin's Mod Manager? It allows you to see mod conflicts. Makes it much easier to diagnose mod conflicts. If nit, give it a try.

K1ght are you using Kaedrin's Mod Manager? It allows you to see mod conflicts. Makes it much easier to diagnose mod conflicts. If nit, give it a try.

Incompatible Mod: Daemonettes of Slannesh

Issue: Can't recruit Daemonettes from the building they're available from through that mod when using Ultimate Chaos.

I changed the load orders for this mod and that mod and I still can't recruit Daemonettes of Slannesh from the mentioned mod.

You choose that many mods to run, then you take the risks. No one is going to troubleshoot that many mods for you.
