Cannot recruit chosen
I have all of the requisite buildings (mound of blades) but the game still tells me that I need to build a mound of blades. Anyone know how to solve this? I saw that this is affecting a few other people as well

I had this same issue. It disappeared when I started a new campaign with Ultimate Chaos-Sub Mod - Proper Starting Units disabled and built the mound of blades before chaos warshrine.

do i have to start a new campaign or could i dismantle the warshrine, then build it again?

I had the same issue. Saving, exiting the game to desk top,and reloading fixed it. I guess if you build the war shrine first the game isn't rechecking the requirements until it's reloaded ?

Yep, reloading the game fixes the issue.
