Cannot recruit nobles as Teclis.
Hey, I've been using this mod for a while and im having a blast! the only problem is that I cant find a building that makes me have more nobles. I can find the one to recruit them from, bot not the one that makes them have more capacity. Am i doing something wrong or is it a special building?

well I looked some more, and as it turns out the "elven court"building is missing. what can I do about this?
