Idk if vanilla bug or radious but Everqueen can't build Elven court
title, not sure if its a vanilla bug, mechanic or radious bug but figured it'd be worth highlighting in case its radious. can't upgrade elven garden to anything, building doesn't show as an option, which keeps all cultural tech locked.

Someone has confirmed in workshop comments that this is indeed linked to Radious as the bug stops when they disable Radious, and I am ONLY running Radious and experiencing the same bug. So definitely isolated to the mod. Not sure if its just Avelorn/The Ever Queen who is affected by it or if all high elf factions experience this bug.

Elven Court building image tile for upgrade from Elven Garden does not exist and is stopping High Elves from accessing their cultural advancement technologies!
