Drugs of quality, because it's a great change from what absolutely hobbled playing undead in vanilla. Yeah they got regen out the wazoo but almost every faction has a gimmick to play and if your army comp can't handle a regening murderball then you shouldn't be fighting that battle.

funny how recently someone was saying VC are too weak agains chaos invasion. if they beat you maybe you are too weak

I find it to be the only saving grace! VC is a hard playthrough
Also if you don't like it, there's a submod to cap/uncap/change regen so you can probably find it to suit your needs
