Can catch projectiles (rockets, grenades) by meleeing at the correct moment.

-75% damage penalty

hmm this could make the scout take on a more defensive roll and if it reflects this could be used in more ways. these stats make this weapon an interesting choice but does run the potential of becoming overpowered at times. I must say i do like it though

I can see a fishing line on the weapon, so how about an arced, mid-range grappling hook?
