Looking straight up/down will move the viewmodel further/closer to the camera, as well as pushing it aside in the context menu.
As for the commands i didnot notice any differences apart from the disable command.

Apart from these issues this addon works with any viewmodel related addon and any weapon/swep i downloaded thus far.
