Missing Animations
whenevr i pressed R my characters flashed from existence for 1.5 seconds then i just couldnt move as they kept standing, i was able to move by pressing r again but still no animation, i had everything i needed installed. anyone no how to fix this?

The addon has not properly updated for you ever since the Unwithereds' release (that's from a while ago now wow).

Uninstall it, restart your game, in the menu, type menu_cleanupgmas in the console. Redownload the addon and restart your game.

So I'm having the same problem but all animatronics are for some reason bloody and each time i fix it it just reverts back to the same problem

You have a retexture installed. We are not responsible for these issues and can't provide support.
