I'm not seeing any graze damage from my guardsman... Specifically with a Geth guardsman wielding an SMG. Should it trigger on pistol shots, too?

I haven't checked graze in a long time, it's originally a perk that the Trooper class used which I think referenced a vanilla perk. I'll take a look and see what the problem is, it should trigger on any primary weapon normal shot.
