they have very, very high breakthrough, movement, and a few other stats to help. I've found that 8 Helicopter Infantry battallions, 2 Attack Helicopter battallions, and 1 Scout Helicopter battalion makes a pretty strong 20-width unit.

but i mean the heliborn on there own are heavry out weight by there Big Debuffs

Heliborne are like the light tank speahead divisions. Theyre only good at capturing empty ground and holding for a bit.

That would be correct. Bust a big hole in the enemy line with a breakthrough and then send the helibornes through the gap and have them race to VPs ahead of your tanks and mobilized infantry. They can go faster than 30km/h, so not much will outspeed them.
