Whenver I use GM-FlatGrass and spawn a large building, it also shows in the skybox? Any help?

Thats not a bug thats because the 3D skybox of gm flatgrass is literally 1 meter below the surface ;)

I have extended spawnmenu and it's not in legacy addons.

Did you check if it's activated? also gmod sometimes does not download addons even though it says it did. Try resubscribing and restarting. (It works for me most of the time)

I can still find them the "old-fashioned" way, forgot to mention that.

The legacy folder is for non steam workshop addons when i test my addons
You can find them in the normal addons folder

This is because your missing some textures from Counter Strike Source or Half life 2 + Episodes

most of them are just errors

i can't find some

No Matter what i do, all the props show as Errors (I Have all of the half-life games mounted.)

Spawning d_construct_apartment and a few others crashes the game, otherwise nothing else, great addon

I can't rotate some of the larger buildings
