Hi all, i got a new PC so I reinstall HOI4 with Black ICE mod only but is unplayable for me since i cant see the main bar, it also happens with other text place holders

Im playing in a 2560x1440 monitor, RTX 5090, AMD 9800x3d,

Things i tried:

- playing Black ice mod Test version
- playing in a different resolution 1900x1200
- playing windowed mode
- reinstaliing HOI IV

The base game works properly by the way
