Resources
When I am playing Germany and I build steel factories or synthetic oil and the project is completed, nothing gets added to the total resources I have enough iron so what am I missing?

Did you assign them to work in the trade tab after you click the resource button?

Did you allocate the new facilities in your resources/trade tab? You need to allocate them like you do mil factories.
