lack essential in unit type
Hi im not sure if this is a design of the mod and it is/will be fixed in test mod: it seems there is no penalty for lacking essential equipment. right now one can deliberating not produce the essential equipments therefore save a lot IC yet still enjoy the bonus of engineer spot plane etc. many support companies coz the mod did not list essential in equipment.

the way im seeing it currently spot plane is a free giveaway even with essential requirement added since the bonus is from battalion_mult which is not affected by “essential”. 0 ic for 15% buff😄

Ive added it to recon and engineer for now. Unfortunately nothing can be done for now about the spotter plane issue
