Thanks for reporting the issue. Seem like loading a save puts them in an invalid state somehow. I'll see if I can fix it when I get time.

I updated the poles to reload propely on loading a saved game. It's possible that ones in a currently saved game won't work, but newly spawned ones should. The updated scripts are in the Scripted Item Test Range environment, so make sure that has been downloaded properly. I haven't been able to test it on the stable branch, so there might be issues if you don't have the beta branch of SteamVR enabled.
