I have a problem where the lighting on a map will not change no matter the time or weather, The map will stay bright like it is the middle of the afternoon at 2 AM or during a rainstorm,

However I have also noticed that the map will be dark during the first few seconds after loading the map but it will brighten back up shortly after those few seconds

Does anyone else have this problem? is there something I can do to fix it?
