White boxes appearing randomly
Alright, so I think this is a StormFox problem since it only occurs when I use StormFox

So, I wanted to snow on a particular map. But when I select the snow and low temperature setting, a few white, distorted box appears randomly.
It happens on other maps to an I have no idea why it's happening.

Remember: it only happens on the winter mode and low temperature setting

Edit: Issue fixed, turns out it was my L4D content pack I downloaded from a website that broke the particles

I have the exact same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem except it only happens whenever it rains or etc.

May I ask What L4D content pack you are talking about? like in the main menu when you can select games or a mod?

Ok, all i did to fix it was just uninstall it and install stormfox 2, the white squares are now gone, so I am quite happy about that. :steamhappy:

No, I don't think so
issue maybe only occurs when you're using the files you downloaded online and not the games you own I think?

i don't have any experience of downloading mods outside of the workshop so i don't have anything from websites

and white squares seem to also appear in other mods, like litegibs except it's red, and LFS too (white squares not red)
