- Check the troubleshooter in the server settings. It will tell you the common problems.
You can open the server menu here: Q -> Options -> StormFox Settings -> Server Settings -> Settings.

- AFTER checking the troubleshooter, feel free to post the problem or question about it.

This is a problem with your steam-/ gmod-client and not StormFox.
Here is a list of things people claim have fixed it:
- Re-subscribe and then unsubscribe
- Changing download region; Steam > Settings > Downloads > Download Region.
- Go to the workshop page, under “your files” click “Subscribed items”. Unsubscribe there.
- Delete the mod .gma under garrysmod/garrysmod/addons/stormfox<x>.gma

I can't help you as I havn't made Steam or Garrysmod.

This is a problem with your steam-/ gmod-client and not StormFox.
- Check that you don’t have cl_downloadfilter on “mapsonly”.
- Remember that p2p doesn’t make people download the mod.
- StormFox uses 'some' content from CS:S.
- Sometimes server content fails to download. Try and delete any folder called “StormFox” under GarrysMod\garrysmod\download\materials
